Rain Lights

Static version of rain light. It has been designed specifically to meet the FiA technical specification introduced in 2008. Tested by BSi and homologated by the FiA in 2010 this light meets all requirements including minimum size, light intensity, viewing angle, heat resistance and prolonged use reliability. The design has been made robust enough to withstand the harsh environment of the race car whilst maintaining a small size and low weight.

CARTEK have been developing 2 new FiA 2019 Specification Rain Lights (see attached instructions/datasheet). The new FiA 2019 Specification of Rain Lights is up to 3 times brighter than the previous 2008 specification.

They can be used in Static mode or Flashing 4Hz mode.
They can also be used as Rain Lights + Brake lights
A 3-position toggle switch can be bought separately for these Rain Lights (CK-LR-TS).
The FiA 2019 Rain Lights now come supplied with Type 99 Mil Spec cabling and DR-25 Heat shrink
