Hoses

The G Line Ultra hose range is the ‘go to’ hose for high burst pressure, vacuum resistance and kink resistance.

The G-Line Ultra range features a helically wound high tensile 316 stainless steel coil, seated between the external convolutions of the smooth bore PTFE hose liner. This feature increases burst pressures, vacuum resistance and kink resistance over a conventional PTFE lined smooth bore hose.

The 960 version features an aramid fibre outer braid (as opposed to Stainless Steel 860), making the hose ideal when weight saving is critical.

Note: Temperature affects maximum working pressure as listed; for temps above 1300C reduce the working pressure by 0.75% for
each degree above 1300C. Max 1800C.

The 860 version features a stainless-steel outer braid (as opposed to the aramid fibre 960), offering the highest level of protection from abrasion, tighter bend radius and higher temp resistance.

Note: Temperature affects maximum working pressure as listed; for temps above 130° C reduce the working pressure by 0.75% for each degree above 130° C. Max 260° C.
